'Black-out' and 'Hotel Corona' nominated for the Prix Europa 2020

posted on Sep 10, 2020

Black-out and Pano: Hotel Corona are nominated among 642 productions, amounting to 2,650 hours of outstanding European media content listened to or screened over the last 12 weeks. This was done by a group of independent experts who do not belong to any broadcaster and do not have an entry of their own.

Black-out tells the story of a nation-wide blackout and the simultaneously kidnapping of the first female prime minister's daughter.

Hotel Corona reports about the infections in a hotel in Italy and how this has been the super spreader of the COVID-19 virus in Belgium.

The winners will be elected between 18 and 25 October in Potsdam (Germany).
